    Abstract

This study designed a research model based on the Expectation-Confirmation Model of Bhattacherjee (2001) to identify the factors of the continued use of Cloud Computing-based mobile office by the users who have accepted mobile office services. Based on the findings of this study, the invasion of business to personal life by the use of cloud-based mobile office is viewed as a serious side effect of mobile office, which was originally intended to protect personal life and enhance the quality of life. Therefore, this study makes political and legislative suggestions to improve such negative effect and protect personal life. Also, this study also proposes a direction of improvements and development of more advanced SaaS-based mobile office. Social and political improvements are needed to protect privacy and prevent invasion of privacy caused by the acceptance of ICT..
